Billing
MSK Illuminations is our NYC showroom and orders placed through the showroom are billed by MSK Illuminations, Inc. Orders submitted online are billed by Illuminations Online LLC. When ordering online, your credit card will be billed as soon as you submit your order and it is approved.

Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, products are shipped using UPS or equivalent service at the shipping cost indicated in your shopping cart when you submit your order. For certain products that are oversized, particularly fragile or require customs clearing, we may use other transporters or shipping levels and therefore cannot calculate shipping until you have submitted your order. In these cases, your shopping cart will indicate "shipping cost to be calculated". When you submit your order in this status, we will calculate exact shipping costs and update your shopping cart accordingly. You will then be notified that you can review and submit your order for processing.

Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled until they have been shipped at which time changes and cancellations are not accepted. Notwithstanding this, orders for merchandise that is fabricated to order (such as products from Moooi, Brand Van Egmond and certain others) may not be changed or cancelled once fabrication has commenced. For such merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible to determine actual fabrication status.

Returns
For returns due to damaged or defective merchandise, please see the "Damages and Defects" section below. For returns for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible following receipt of your order to request a return goods authorizaton (RGA) from us. MSK reserves the right to refuse such requests for RGA. Approved requests for RGA may be subject to a restocking fee. Products must be returned in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging within 7 days of your receipt of them. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we have inspected your return, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price less the restocking fee.

Please note that items marked "non-returnable" on the product page may not be returned. In addition, custom items, imported items and certain large volume or high value orders are also non-returnable.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect all items individually as soon as they arrive. If an item arrives damaged, defective or with parts missing, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). Please provide photos of any damaged product and its packaging. We will arrange a prompt repair or replacement of the item.

Warranties
MSK Illuminations, Illuminations Online and their suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from MSK Illuminations or Illuminations Online.
